All the rooms have TVs with connected Kaleidescape (great collection of films and tv shows), tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. They also all have en suite bathrooms, apart from the two-bedroom family suite which has a shared bathroom between them. The rooms at the front of the house have balconies which look out across the stunning Mawddach estuary.

Deluxe King Suite with view

This is our biggest room, which has a king bed, plus sofa and comfy chair to enjoy watching TV from. Three full-height double french doors open onto the balcony with original cast iron railings. The view from here takes into the river Mawddach, the Cambrian mountains opposite, and the estuary opening out onto the coast at Barmouth. On a clear day you can see the bridge joining Barmouth to Fairbourne across the water.

  

  

King Room with view

With a balcony overlooking the estuary and mountains, this room has a king-size bed and an en suite wet room with a shower. It also features free Wi-Fi and a TV.

 

Family Suite

The family suite has its own private entrance from the staircase. It opens onto a twin room and a double bedroom and a shared limestone-tiled family bathroom. It includes a deep bath and a shower. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
